Rules & Regulations
Postings that do not follow the rules and regulations will not be eligible for this event:

| 1. |
All Art works must be original. Use of other's art work is not allowed.

| 2. |
All Art works must be submitted to a designated Q-box thread ‘Audition’s First Birthday’. (Please submit links of your Artwork instead of the picture itself to Q-box) |
| 3. |
Any Art works found copied from any animations; comics or other source of means will not be considered. |
| 4. |
All Art works must be self created through hand-drawn or digital means. There should not be any screenshot edit or tracing of print-outs. |
| 5. |
Art works must not be posted in any other topics in AsiaSoft’s forum or any other forums before. |
| 6. |
Participants may submit as many pieces of art work as they wish. Each art piece should include the participant’s IGN, Name and NRIC. Otherwise, the participated art-work shall not be considered. |
| 7. |
All Art pieces created must be appropriate (i.e. no offensive, ***ual, abusive representations etc.). Failure to meet these criteria will result in the entry being removed. |
| 8. |
Winners will be notified through Q-box. |
| 9. |
Winner will have to bring proof of originality if selected (i.e Original pencil drawing or softcopy and/or their NRIC together with a high resolution image file of it) for verification purpose. |
Availability |
| Contest is open to all Singapore and Malaysia players. |
| Winners will collect the prizes from AsiaSoft's CSC in their respective country or region. |
| For winners from Malaysia, we will be either sending you the prizes by mail or we will inform you to collect them from Asiasoft's office in Malaysia. |
Terms and Conditions
In order to take part in the event, you agree with the terms and conditions hence stated: |

All personal details stated in your AsiaSoft Passport must be valid. (e.g. National ID and address) |
| 2. |
Winners will be informed with details of the prize collection. Proof of identity will be required during the prize collection. |
| 3. |
AsiaSoft Online reserves all rights to use the submitted posts for the purposes of marketing promotions. Art works may be used according to the absolute discretion of the organizers for the said purpose. |
| 4. |
AsiaSoft Online has the rights to alter, recreate or redesign on the selected design to adapt to the purpose of the design. |
| 5. |
All rights on the submitted designs from users are reserved by AsiaSoft Online and AsiaSoft Online is able to use these designs for development and marketing (including sales) purposes. |
| 6. |
Any user who participated and/or submitted his/her designs in the event shall have no rights to claim for the submitted designs or idea or part thereof. |

Inclusion of nice and innovative words/phrases as birthday greetings will be great! |
