We'll be holding a FanArt contest for you to express your love for AuditionSEA through drawings. Your artwork may even be selected for our AsiaSoft Year 2008 Organizer/Notebook!

| Rules & Regulations |
| Postings that do not follow the rules and regulations will not be eligible for this event:

| 1. All artworks must be original. |
| 2. Participants may use different color combination in their artwork. |
| 3. All artwork must be submitted in the designated forum thread.
|
| 4. Any artwork found copied from any animations; comics or other source of means will not be qualified. |
| 5. All artwork must be self created through hand-drawn means. There should not be any screenshot edit or tracing of print-outs. |
| 6. Colored artwork will be an advantage in this contest.

| 7. Artworks must not be posted in any other topics in AsiaSoft’s forum or any other forums before. |
| 8. Participants may post as many pieces of artwork as they wish. Each art piece should include participant's in-game nick and name. Otherwise, the participated artwork will not be considered. |
| 9. Other unrelated posts would be removed immediately without further warning. |
| 10. All art pieces created must be appropriate (i.e. no offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc.). Failure to meet these criteria will result in the entry being removed. |
| 11. Winner will have to bring proof of originality if selected (i.e Original pencil drawing or softcopy) for verification purposes.

| Availability |
| Contest is open to all Singapore and Malaysia players. |
| Winners will collect the prizes from AsiaSoft's office in the respective country. |
| Terms and Conditions |
| In order to take part in the event, you agree with the terms and conditions hence stated: |
| 1. All personal details stated in your AsiaSoft Passport must be valid. (e.g. National ID and address) |
| 2. Winners will be informed with details of the prize collection. Proof of identity will be required during the prize collection. |
| 3. AsiaSoft Online reserves all rights to use the submitted posts for the purposes of marketing promotions. Artworks may be used according to the absolute discretion of the organizers for the said purpose. |
| 4. AsiaSoft Online has the rights to alter, recreate or redesign the selected design to adapt to the purpose of the design. |
| 5. All rights on the submitted designs from users are reserved by AsiaSoft Online and AsiaSoft Online has the right to use these designs for development and marketing (including sales) purposes. |
| 6. Any user who participated and/or submitted his/her designs in the event shall have no rights to claim for the submitted designs or idea or part thereof. |
