We hear you! With the launch of PlayPark, some players feedback that they have lost their AsiaSoft Passport Security PIN and therefore unable to activate their PlayPark account. Out of goodwill, we will waive the administrative fee of $5.00 (or USD$3.10) for all PIN reset service for a period of 2 weeks!
All Singapore based players can make their way down to AsiaSoft Customer Service Centre from 03 Nov 06 to 14 Nov 06 with any form of *official document bearing your National ID number and Name (NRIC, Student Pass, Driving License) to reset your Security PIN for free (remember, the account must register under your National ID).

For non-Singapore based player, from 06 Nov 06 to 19 Nov 06, you may send an email to verification@asiasoft.net with the email subject as "PlayPark Free PIN Reset" and a scanned copy of any form of *official document bearing your National ID number and Name (NRIC, Student Pass, Driving License). Please also include your AsiaSoft Passport Login ID. Upon verification, our Customer Service Officer will reply your email with your new Security PIN.
Players who had already made payment to reset their Security PIN either via the Customer Service Centre or verification@asiasoft.net beginning 25 Oct 06 (Launch of PlayPark), we are please to inform you that 5,000 A-Cash will be credited into your AsiaSoft Passport by end of Nov.
