Important: Players are advised to safe-guard their own personal accounts as they are responsible for any actions conducted through the use of the respective accounts.

Accounts that have been caught for illegal activities will be subjected to the stipulated relevant penalties as stated, irregardless of the user whom had accessed the account at the time of the violation.

Multiple Asiasoft Passports

It has come to our attention that some players have purposefully registered multiple Asiasoft Passport accounts. Please note that each player is only allowed to register for one Asiasoft Passport account. Players suspected of having multiple Asiasoft Passport accounts will be subjected to the following penalisations:

Suspected multiple Asiasoft Passports holders

Suspension of all suspected Asiasoft Passports for identity verification.
All Asiasoft Passports that have been failed to be accounted for, and verified with the proper credentials, within 90 days will be permanently deleted and barred from future access.

In the event of an account suspension, players will not be able to access their Asiasoft Passport accounts and are required to perform identity verification for the purpose of reactivating, and reinstating, their Asiasoft Passport accounts. If this is not done within 90 days, the Asiasoft Passports, inclusive of all existing game accounts housed with the aforementioned AsiaSoft Passport account, will be permanently deleted and barred from future access. Existing game accounts and in-game items, inclusive of any form of in-game currency, therein will, and are, not transferable or refundable. Any Cash items, or A-Cash balance, will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in manner whatsoever.
