Important: Players are advised to safe-guard their own personal accounts as they are responsible for any actions conducted through the use of the respective accounts.

Accounts that have been caught for illegal activities will be subjected to the stipulated relevant penalties as stated, irregardless of the user whom had accessed the account at the time of the violation.

Trading of Accounts

An AsiaSoft Passport account is a personal account that can be used to register, and access, multiple game services and functions that are provisional under Asiasoft, and is not limited to AuditionSEA only. Please treasure and safeguard your Asiasoft Passport account at all times with extreme precaution and care.

It has come to our attention that the buying and selling of AsiaSoft Passport accounts and Audition game accounts are taking place within AuditionSEA. Please kindly note that such activities are not desirable in AuditionSEA and that the sellers and buyers will be, and are, solely responsible for their actions and any subsequent consequences that may arise from such transactions.

We would like to draw all players' attention to the notation that trading of accounts might very likely lead to the following possible scenarios:

  1. Seller recovers sold account
Seller sells AsiaSoft Passport / AuditionSEA account to buyer.
Seller regrets and wants the account back. Buyer refuses.
Seller reports that his/her account been hacked, to AsiaSoft.
With correct particulars provided (such as Name, National ID, Address etc.), AsiaSoft will return the account to the Seller, who is deemed to be the owner.

  2. Selling Banned Accounts
Seller sells AsiaSoft Passport / AuditionSEA account to buyer.
During trading, the account is banned when the seller uses a hack.
Buyer had already paid the money for the account but seller refuses to refund.
Buyer reports to AsiaSoft on the situation.
AsiaSoft will not lift the ban and account will be terminated as it does not belong to buyer after verification.

  3. Seller Passport suspended due to Buyer's Actions
Seller sells AsiaSoft Passport / AuditionSEA account to buyer.
Buyer repeatedly infringing the Abuse Policy and account is banned.
Seller's AsiaSoft Passport account which the bought AuditionSEA account belongs to, will be banned too.

In any of the above scenarios, it is unfair to both the buyer and seller. AsiaSoft cannot be held responsible, nor is liable, for the actions of the parties involved as it is done solely on their accord. Both parties will risk taking losses, particularly the buyer, in the event that A-Cash credits are involved. In the 1st scenario, if the buyer were to hypothetically charge any A-Cash into the account, the seller could simply conduct a report and claim back the account by reporting the account has been hacked.

Hence, for any possible ownership claims, members are advised to submit valid particulars such as Name, National ID, Address, Date of Birth etc. in order to prevent disputes over ownership. In accordance with AsiaSoft Passport Terms of Use, any account with information deemed invalid will be suspended. Members may submit a request to correct their information via QBox before further actions will be taken to suspend erroneous, or invalid, Asiasoft Passport accounts as well as its respective game accounts therein.

During investigations, any account that is registered with a National ID that belongs to another person will be accredited back to its rightful owner after proper identity verification has been conducted.

Penalty for selling, buying and trading of accounts include, but not limited to:

There is an administrative charge of SGD$50 for resolving ownership claims.

Any Asiasoft Passport account that has been sold for commercial gains will have all of its existing game accounts deleted before being accredited back to its rightful owner.
Any Asiasoft Passport account that has been traded, or bartered, in exchange for another Asiasoft Passport account will have all of its existing game accounts deleted before being accredited back to its rightful owner.

In the event that the affected Asiasoft Passport account contains information that could not be verified, or when all means of to attempt a proper verification has been exhausted, during the resolution process (e.g. fake National ID), the passport will be terminated, and deleted.

All banned accounts (for hacking, advertising hack, selling cash items, selling accounts etc.) will result in their respective Passport being suspended for security, and investigative, reasons. Affected players will not be able to login into their Passport and are required to perform identity verification for the purpose of reactivating, and reinstating, their Asiasoft Passport accounts. If the stipulated remedy of performing identity verification is not done within 90 days, the affected Asiasoft Passport account together with all game accounts will be deleted. Existing game accounts and in-game items, inclusive of any form of in-game currency, therein will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in manner whatsoever. Any A-Cash items, or responding balance, will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in manner whatsoever.
